The Critter Center is one of many Buildings that can be placed in the Apprentice's Towns. It's a one-story business that resembles a giant cat on the outside, complete with paws, ears, and eyelids over the windows. Inside there is a sales counter in front, as well as some tables to work on pets, and even small enclosures to hold them. There are a few active hotspots that generate humourous messages. The only thing for the Apprentice to purchase in the Critter Center is a Pet House.
The Critter Center can have up to three Residents as workers, but only one slot is unlocked at first. The Critter Center is not available at the start, and the blueprint must be unlocked by caring for six Critters and adopting four.
The Critter Center can be customised in a number of ways. The roof, walls and skirting can each be painted with various Wallpapers. In the second screenshot in the infobox, the roof is red, the walls are green and the skirting is blue. There are four Token slots that can be used to expand the number of workers, or give more Myora every day.
Notes
- Console players may not yet see the Pet House for sale at the counter, as that was just added during PC Update 1 in January 2022. It should be added in a future update for all consoles.
